Monday, 27th October 2025, marked a proud and unforgettable day for the Province of Sussex — the Investiture of Right Worshipful Brother Neil John Austin as Provincial Grand Master of Sussex.
In the elegant surroundings of the DoubleTree by Hilton Metropole, Brighton, Neil was invested by Right Worshipful Brother John Paul Thompson, Assistant Grand Master, in a ceremony filled with dignity, warmth, and heartfelt applause from brethren across the Province and beyond.
The occasion celebrated not only tradition, but also unity, friendship, and a bright future for Sussex Freemasonry.
“It is an immense honour to serve as your Provincial Grand Master,” said RW Bro. Neil Austin. “Together, we will continue to strengthen our Lodges, support our communities, and ensure that the light of Freemasonry shines brightly across Sussex. The future is ours to build together.”
